Eustab na-50 is a kind of nucleating transparent agent, which can be used in polyolefin, such as polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET for short); Polyphylene terephthalate, poly (p-phenylbutylene terephthalate), poly (PBT), PLA (abbreviated as PLA); Polyactic acid) and polyamide (PA for short); Polyamides)

Eustab na-50 is a crystal nucleation transparent agent, emphasizing transparency and enhancing rigidity. It has the following advantages:

1. increase the thermal deformation temperature (HDT), modulus of bending and impact resistance of polymer.

2. improve the crystallization temperature of the product, reduce the production cycle and increase the production efficiency.

3. the transparency of PP can be improved when the concentration is low.

4. due to good product compatibility, there is no bloom and scalability.

5. the odor will not be released during the forming process, and the pollution to the forming machinery and screw will be less.

6. meet the food packaging application (FDA, JHOSPA).

Eustab na-50 is widely used in PP products as food packaging applications, which is consistent with FDA § Specification of 178.3295.

The recommended amount of addition is 0.1-0.3%.
